We provide residential and commercial cleaning services. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we assess the size, condition and scope of the job. Estimates are not final until confirmed.
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot access it at the scheduled time, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.
Prices depend on the service, property size, condition and frequency. Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Discounts or promotions are subject to availability and eligibility.
Please notify us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, communicated in advance where applicable.
We take care and use appropriate methods, but results depend on the material, age and condition of surfaces. Some stains, damage or wear may not be fully removable, and we do not guarantee complete stain removal.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed before service.
